Rosalin Kuiper, 29, is a professional ocean sailor and studied psychology with a focus on team building in high-performance sport. She is the skipper of Team Holcim in The Ocean Race Europe 2025. The talented sailor from the Netherlands has made a name for herself in the world of offshore sailing and has taken part in numerous prestigious regattas, including the Sydney-Hobart Yacht Race, the Fastnet Race and the Middle Sea Race. In the last edition of The Ocean, Kuiper co-skippered Team Malizia and established herself as an up-and-coming talent in the world of IMOCA sailing.
“The idea is to have an international and diverse team on the starting line in Kiel," Kuiper said. "We want a healthy mix of experienced sailors and young talent ... It's going to be great to get racing again with short legs in Europe. We will see the different conditions of the Mediterranean Sea and the Atlantic Ocean so it's going to be exciting for sure.”
